She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leroy and Mary F. Eiland Downs; her siblings, Charles L. Downs and Robin Hillebrenner; and her mother-in-law Karen Baldwin.
She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Robinson; her children, Nathan Waterman (Katie) of Lakeville, MN and Ciara Stiles (Brett) of Quincy; her siblings, Lisa Parson of Quincy, Robert Downs (Tamara) of Augusta, KS, Cindy Vollbracht (Kirk) of Camp, James Downs of Quincy, Angela Power of Canton, MO, Chris Downs (Mac) of Ravenel, SC and Shelia Gafford (Michael) of Belleville, IL; and her father-in-law Willie J. Baldwin.
During the Covid pandemic, Teresa also devoted her time to making masks which were distributed in the Quincy community.
