He was predeceased by: his father Clifford G. Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Opal R. Phillips of Quincy, IL.; his wife Brandi N. Phillips of Quincy, IL; his stepchildren, Hung Pho (Huong Vo), Phuong Pho (Dung Tran) of Sacramento, CA, Victoria C. Brown (Edward L. Brown) and Kyle Pho (NgocTram Quach) of Quincy, IL; his brother Steven G. Phillips (Rachyl F. Phillips); and his niece Taylor V. Phillips. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, any contributions that are made will be donated to the IL Veterans Home and American Diabetes Association to help support Veterans, research, education and Advocacy for Diabetes.
