He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oshner and Letitia Snell Oshner; his former wife Pauline White Oshner; his wife Linda L. Pevey; and his brothers, Bobby and Bill Oshner.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Oshner of Quincy, Glenn Oshner (Renee) of Quincy, Gina Taber (Robbie) of Quincy and Jeremy Oshner (Amy) of Quincy; his stepdaughter Tammy Fiss (Tommy) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Paulla Wilburn (Will), Travis Oshner (Ashley), Brandon Oshner (Lauryn), Nathan Oshner (Katy), Adam Oshner (Cheyenne), Samuel Winningham (Erica), Justin Winningham (Samantha Heck), Arwen Oshner, Kaylee Fiss and Lindsey Fiss; his great grandchildren, Rene McCune, Lane Wilburn, Korbin Hankins, Kenidee Oshner, Eli Oshner, Asher Oshner, Peyton Oshner, Linleigh Oshner, Emerson Oshner, Jackson Oshner, Indie Oshner, Emma Winningham, Samuel Winningham Jr., Ava Altheide, Maddison Winningham, JD Winningham, Kamryn Trone and Kobe Trone; his great great grandchildren, Karcyn Lay, Madalyne and Paisley Kirkpatrick; his sister Rita Wilson; and his close friend Carolyn Allen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1825 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
