He was predeceased by: his father Michael Byrd; his son Quintay Owens; his grandparents, Ruth Byrd (Defell) and Richard L. Byrd, Sr.; his uncle Jerald Byrd; and his grandfather Sollie Norris.
He is survived by: his mother Roberta Norris-Lowery (Cecil); his caregiver Ronda Guyton (Graylin); his brother Bruce Norris; his children, Dorothy Hardimon, Quincy Norris Jr. and Qadim Ross; his uncle Richard Byrd; his grandmother Bertha Henderson (David); and his close friends, Angie, Anthony Sierra and Herman Fortney. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Simons Mortuary (912 W John H Gwynn Jr Ave, Peoria, IL 61605).
