Phyllis Lugering Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 77, Phyllis Lugering of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Sandifer and Irene Sandifer (Hannick); and her husband Mark Lugering. She is survived by: her children, Todd Lugering (Robin) of Quincy and Sarah Lugering of Quincy; her grandchildren, Alexis Norcross (Josh), Mackenzie Lugering, Aden Lugering, Matthew Lugering and Markius Lugering; her great grandchildren, Elliot and Laurel; and her sisters, Patricia Sheely (Robert), Barbara Logsdon (Larry) and Brenda Sandifer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (1721 College Ave, Quincy, IL 62301).
