He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Moore and Gail Moore (Gray); his daughter Judith Ann Moore; his grandson Bret Moore; his brother Michael Moore; and his half-brother Ross Lippincott, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Moore, Jr. of Bellview, Kay Lynn Swanson (Scott) of Burlington, IA and Melissa Johnson (Darin) of Fort Madison, IA; his grandchildren, Shaun, Stephanie, Zachary, Victoria Moore, Adam, Stephen Swanson (Emma) and Jason Johnson; and his sister Cynthia Brunier. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Quincy Humane Society or to the Illinois Veterans Home Activities Fund.
