It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny S. Hartman of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Hammond and Maxine Hammond (Allen). She is survived by: her husband Mark Hartman; her children, Kim Hamm (Jamie), Adam Hartman, Jerrit Hartman and Dustin Hartman (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Allison Hamm, Sawyer and Wyatt Hartman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301).
