She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Phillips and Helen Toupnot Phillips; her husband Patrick A. Dean; her son Steven Ray Dean; and her son-in-law Robert "Bob" Brueggeman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Winczewski of Cape Coral, FL and Stephanie Brueggeman of Quincy; her grandchildren, Chris Brueggeman (Sabrina) of Forsyth, MO, Michelle Brueggeman of Chicago, IL, Trevor Winczewski (Donna Phan) of Texas and Samantha Winczewski (Cody Mitchem) of Cape Coral, FL; her great grandchildren, Holden, Chandler, Andie Mitchem and Gwen Sanchez; and her sister-in-law Loy Dean of Chicago, IL..
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
