He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Haugh and Alma Haugh (Wickersham); his brother Michael Haugh; and his in-laws, August and Ruth Brabender.
He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Brabender; his children, Marty (Deb), Ted (Erin), Matt and Ann (Patti); his grandchildren, Kayla Jensen (Morgan), Andrea Koenig (Ron), Grayson and Caroline Haugh; his great grandchild Theo Koenig; his brother Rick (Judy); his nieces and nephews, Tim Haugh (Jenny), Kimberly Yates (Jim), Jared Haugh (Beth), Melinda Humphrey (Larry) and Andrew Brabender (Marcie); his cousin Jerry Wickersham (Marcy); his nephew Jason Brabender; his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Brabender.
Memorials are suggested to the Church of St. Peter Building Fund, or to the Francis & Alma Haugh Family Endowed Scholarship at Quincy Notre Dame High School.
