He was predeceased by: his father Bill Fennell; his grandparents, Wayne'Bill', Cecelia Fennell, Jim and Hazel Bowen; his aunts and uncles, Jim Fennell, Ronnie Bowen, Leroy Holtschlag, Pam Bowen and Patricia Fennell Birdsall; and his cousin Lance Bowen.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Fennell (Bowen); his children, Caleb and Madison Fennell; his sister Kristin Fennell (Brian Swann); his nieces, Jocelyn and Annika Swann; his aunts and uncles, Evelyn Holtschlag, Curt, Mary Bowen, Susan and David Tierney; and his former wife Jessie Fennell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society or to the family, in care of Linda Fennell.
