She was predeceased by: her parents, Liston Rhea and Wilma Rhea (Severns); her spouse Russell'Doc'Peters; and her siblings, Eilene Tomlin, Esther Follin, Norman Rhea and Dale Rhea.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Peters (Joyce) of Houston, TX, Jeffrey Peters (Susie) of Quincy and Tena Awerkamp (Ted) of Quincy.
