We bid farewell to Marjorie June Young of Quincy, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 15, 2024 at the age of 91. Marjorie June touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie T. Parrish and Blanche Goodwin Parrish; and her husband Robert L. Young. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Lynn Grawe (Donald) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Kimberly Ann Buss (Philip) of O'Fallon, MO; her grandchildren, Scott Grawe (Michelle) of Starkville, MS, Daniel Grawe (J. R.) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Douglas Grawe (Abbey) of Minneapolis, MN, Sophia of O'Fallon, MO and Elijah Buss of O'Fallon, MO; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Caleb, Julia, Alysa, Leyla, Nolan, Zimo, Wyatt, Parker Grawe and Milo Buss. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301).
