She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sjurset and Loretta Littler Sjurset; and her siblings, Gene Sjurset, Irene Guerin, Joyce Landis and Joan Elaine Sjurset.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Eugene "Charlie" Dever; her daughters, Karen Dever of Quincy, Beth Stice of Quincy and Candy Woutzke of Quincy; her grandchildren, Jacob of Quincy, Rachel Abernathy (Todd Forrest) of Quincy and Kalynn Woutzke of Virginia; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Aurora Forrest, Noah and Jonah Gehring; and her siblings, Joel Sjurset, Jennifer Snyder and Lori Lohsink.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
