It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Zanger (Quincy, Illinois), who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Zanger and Betty Zanger (Venvertloh); his brothers, Donnie and Jim "Squeak" Zanger; and his grandson Easton.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Eric Zanger (Kathy), Jeff Zanger (Shannon), Michelle Wittler (Ron), Jay Zanger and Angie Geiselman (John); his grandchildren, Kevin, Justin, Brian, Nathan, Logan, Addison, Morgan, Djouna, Katia, Andie and Sullivan Zanger; his children, Megan, Lucas, Elizabeth, Samantha Adams, Blake, Landon Wittler, Kennedy, Kate and Brady Geiselman; his great grandchild Tatum Lawrence; and his siblings, Bob (Nancy), Ed, Mike (Janice), Mary A. Courty (Clive) and Rose Cherry (Andy).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Franics Catholic Church.
