He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Herman and Agnes Wottman (Westhaus); his wife Vivian Olker; his siblings, Shirley Wottman and Mike Wottman; and his siblings-in-law, Annette Wottman, Yvonne Lohman, Shirley Mendell and Ronald Olker.
He is survived by: his brother Dean Wottman of Quincy; his nephew John Wottman; and his niece Cathy Lohman.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (2600 Maine St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church or to the Illinois Veterans Home Activities Fund.
