He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Ward and Cleo Wood Ward; his wife Ginie; his sister Marilyn Monroe; his in-laws, Edgar and Dorothy Williams; and his stepfather Jess Hamilton.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Williams and John Williams (Jolene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
