He is survived by: his wife Theresa Page Cottrell; his stepchildren, Travis Cottrell of Des Moines, IA, Tonya Dimmitt (Tim) of Centralia, MO and Troy Cottrell (Valerie) of North Port, FL; his grandchildren, Paige, Jocelyn Cottrell of Des Moines, IA, Morgan, Cooper Dimmitt of Centralia, MO, Denver and Aspen Cottrell of North Port, FL; and his siblings, Martha Kopka and Terry Hoffmann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
