He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Pepper and Alvin Terwische Pepper. He is survived by: his children, Nikita Wood (Colin) of San Antonio, Karina Daniel of Quincy and Kody Pepper of Quincy; his grandchildren, Disaree Hudson, Scoden Hudson, Cannon Daniel, Ryle Daniel, Colin Wood III, Sophia Pepper, Peyton Wood, Janel Pepper, Jelani Wood and Baby Pepper; and his siblings, Alvin Wayne Pepper (Veronica) of Quincy, David Pepper of Quincy, Brenda Carlton of Quincy, Teresa Marshall of Quincy and Nancy Martin of Quincy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
