She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Koch and Lousie H. Spindler Koch; her son David Hunter; and her siblings, Melvin, Howard, Norbert, Jim Koch and Jean Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Marszalek of Bradenton, FL, Rose Deckard of Plano, TX, Daniel Hunter of Quincy, IL and Julie Wiemelt (Jeff) of Quincy, IL; her grandsons, Wade and Justin Deckard (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Hannah Jane Deckard; and her sisters, Susanne Longo of Quincy and Mary Heintz of Fon du Lac, WI. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church (1721 College Ave, Quincy, IL 62301).
