She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Liesen and Catherine Liesen (Schulte); her husband Ronald Scarbrough; her brother Jerry Liesen; and her sister-in-law RoseAnn Liesen.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Borrowman (Chris) of New Canton, IL and Mark Scarbrough of Quincy; her grandchildren, Jackson Borrowman of Austin, TX, Paige Borrowman of Chicago, IL, Blair Borrowman of St. Louis, MO, Taylor Heimann (Taylor) of Quincy and Brayden Scarbrough of Quincy; her great grandchild Tatum Heimann; and her siblings, Jim Liesen, Janet Schreacke (Kent), John Liesen (Judy), Jeff Liesen (Kathy) and Judy Walker (Dave).
