He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram C. Byers and Agnes N. Byers (Lynch); his wife Eva Sue Byers (Barrickman); his in-laws, Edwilda and Ray York; his grandchildren, Stephanie and Brad Harrison; and his sister Betty Fry (Billy).
He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Harrison (Stephen) of Naples, FL.; his granddaughter Jyl Ourada (Nathan) of Lenexa, KS.; and his great grandchildren, Alexis and Addison of Lenexa, KS.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
