She was predeceased by: her parents, August and Mary J. Smith (Winston); her son Kevin Guthrie of Quincy, IL; her husbands, Paul C. Guthrie and Glen; and her siblings, Clifford, Delbert, Thomas, Ralph, Billy, Carl, Earl, James Smith, Celia Cooper, Norma Miller, Mae Goodwin and Minnie McElfresh.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Megen C. Trowbridge (Jesse) of Streator, IL; and her sister Shirley Bowen (Gary) of Canton, MO..
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
