He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashford Smith and Willa Smith (Bentley); and his siblings, John Smith, George Smith and Martha Spruce.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anderson; his children, Elizabeth Smith of California and Mark Anthony Smith of Quincy; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Jane Eismann (Santo) and Heidi Graves (Nate). He is also survived by 5 STEP GRANDCHILDREN, nieces, nephews.
