He is survived by: his wife Jovita Ostdiek (Jo); his children, Pam Markin (Ken), Greg (Lori), Ron (Denise), Mike (Patty), Karen Steinkamp (John) and Donna Dressel (Steve); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Daniel, Michael, Audrey, Jeremy, Ryan, David (Juli), Megan (Alex), Madison, Graham, Dalton, Maggie, Peter and Kate; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Tyrell, Jane, Henry and Nora. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
