He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Peter Schneider and Anna Barbara Schneider (Hupf). He is survived by: his wife Jovita Ostdiek (Jo); his children, Pam Markin (Ken), Greg (Lori), Ron (Denise), Mike (Patty), Karen Steinkamp (John) and Donna Dressel (Steve); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Daniel, Michael, Audrey, Jeremy, Ryan, David (Juli), Megan (Alex), Madison, Graham, Dalton, Maggie, Peter and Kate; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Tyrell, Jane, Henry and Nora. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brigid Catholic Church (706 N Main St, Liberty, IL 62347).
