He was predeceased by: his father Frank Spilker; and his wife Donna Scheufele. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Kirtright Spilker of Quincy; his sons, Craig Spilker (Misty) of Quincy and Steve Spilker (Amanda) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Addison, Reagan, Kennady Spilker, Brennan, Molly and Noah Spilker; his half-brother Charles "Eddie" Cain (Linda) of Michigan; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Harris (Gary) of Quincy and Russ Schuefele of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
