He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Randall and Mary Lou Randall (Viar); his son David; and his brothers, Robert and John.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Jenkins Randall; his daughter Becky Syrcle; his grandchildren, Terry Randall, David Syrcle, Ronnie Syrcle and Stacy Cobb (Bob); and his sister Evelyn. He is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
