She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn R. Fligger and Catherine M. Fligger (Terhost); her former husband Alfred "Blackie" Black; her sister Peggy Simmel; and her daughter Julie Goehl.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Sandie" Kroeger (Ed), Jeanette Mock (Ronald), Jean Clow (Robert) and Mary Jo Smith (Homer); and her sisters, Donna Newmeyer, Glenda Hodson, Becky Halfhill, Cathy Rulli and Lori Klauser. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
