She is survived by: her parents, Jim Beilstein and Sondra Watson Beilstein of Quincy; her husband Jon Middendorf; her daughters, Emily Echternkamp (Don) of Quincy and Shannon Middendorf of Quincy; her grandsons, Liam Koenig of Quincy and Jaxon Echternkamp of Quincy; her siblings, Brent Beilstein of Taylor, MO and Cheryl Schroeder (Michael) of Quincy; and her close friend Tammy K. Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
