He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Terwelp and Ruth A. Terwelp (Schmidt). He is survived by: his siblings, James K. Terwelp (Roseann) of Quincy and Jane R. Wittmer (Wayne) of Quincy; his nieces and nephews, Kathy Terwelp Venvertloh (Dennis), Tim Terwelp (Lisa), Matt Terwelp (Jennifer), Sean Wittmer (Julie), Eric Wittmer (Susan) and Cherie Wittmer Frericks (Ron); and his cousins, Debbie Terwelp Rutherford (Ron) and David. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Quincy Notre Dame Foundation or to the Transitions of Western Illinois.
