She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Holeman and Helen Holeman (Hufford); her husband Frank Melvin; her grandsons, Brian, Michael, Timothy and Monte; her great grandchild Riley; and her siblings, Virgil, Francis, Linda and Sharon Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Perkins (Linn Wright), Sherry Summers (Ronald), Debbie Smith (Ralph), Sandy Owsley (Rod Lish), Kristie Strieker (Donald), Dana Perkins and Kim Spray (Bob). She is also survived by 49 GRANDCHILDREN, 63 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, and 3 GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
