She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Jack O'Dear, Eric Hoffman Jr. and James "Jim" Phillips. She is survived by: her parents, Dusty Dawn Hoffman of Quincy, IL and Brett Scharnhorst (Holly) of Quincy, IL; her daughter Brynlee Dawn Hoffman; her brother Branden; and her grandmothers, Penny Phillips (Dave) of Alabama and Brenda Scharnhorst of Quincy, IL. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
