He was predeceased by: his grandfather Stephen T. Havermale. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Havermale and Pamela Havermale (Eberhardt); his brothers, Matthew (Lauren) and Gregory Havermale (Katie); his girlfriend Katie Huseman; his son Jayden; his grandchildren, Isaac, Mia and Bradley; his nephews, Hudson and Hayden; his niece Adaline; his grandparents, Jerry, Anita Eberhardt (Stupasky) and Angie Havermale (Crnic); and his aunts and uncles, David Eberhardt (Patricia), Lynn Hummel (Dave), Wendy Venvertloh (Steve), Maria Sparrow (Shawn), Amanda Doellman (Tim) and Chrissy Graszer (Jim). He is also survived by many loving cousins, who were also his best friends.
In lieu of flowers, any memorials are requested for Jayden's Education fund or to help the family with the funeral expenses.
