She is survived by: her husband Bobby "Bob" A. Carnes; her children, Brenda Whatley (Paul), Bryan Carnes (Ruth) and Barry Carnes (Debbie); her grandchildren, Holly Scharnhorst (Brett), Kristina Miller (Isaac), Kayla Epley (Brandon), Ashley Oliver (Paul), Bryanna Slater (Austin), Alexis Carnes, Nathan Carnes (Alexiss), Gregory Carnes and Kiersten Dove (Austin); her great grandchildren, Finleigh Miller, Emmerson Miller, Connor Epley, Asher Epley, Cora Epley, Paxton Oliver, Hudson Carnes, Brooks Slater, Hendrix Carnes and Sebastian Carnes; her siblings, Sharon Cain (Bobby), John Kindhart (Dena), Rhonda Murry (Rocky) and Betty Lou Pulliam; and her siblings-in-law, Grace Mixer and Richard Carnes.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
