Anna Chapman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2025, at the age of 97, Anna Chapman of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Allen and Lucille Allen (Parsons); her spouse Russell "Chappie" Chapman; her siblings, Carroll Allen, Dorcas Allen King and Virginia Kaelber; her sons, Michael Allen Chapman and Gary Russell Chapman; and her great grandchild Brielle Dobervich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Chapman of Quincy and Carolyn Powers (Ron) of Palatine, IL.; her grandchildren, Gary M. Chapman, Brenda Wheeler, Veronica Hartke, Kristina Powers and Kimberly Dobervich; and her siblings, Jim Allen (Ruth), Bill Allen (Becky) and Ethel Willingham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Blessing Hospice or Sunset Home.
