He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Lewis and Joan Lewis (Dawson). He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Lewis (Dixie), Kenneth Lewis, Rod Lewis, William Lewis and Marilyn Reddick (Kevin). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
