He is survived by: his children, Rochelle Perkins of Pulaski, IL, Terence Lane (Judy) of Carbondale, IL, Oral Perkins, Jr. and Adrian Mackins (Gail); his sisters, Doris Westbrook of Tamms, IL and Peoria Tucker (Edward); his mother-in-law Phyllis Powell of Pulaski, IL; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Ballard (David) of Pulaski, IL, Christine Reed, Darlene Winston (Larry), DeWayne Lane (Kathy) of Pulaski, IL, David Lee Powell (Jean) and Donald Powell; his grandchildren, Tiffina, Tiana, Terence Jr., Jordan, Shanice, Jeremy, Justin, Adrian Jr., Devon, Dorian, Amere and Adrianna; his great grandchildren, Janay and Karter; his nephews, James Madison and Eddie Charles Madison; and his close friends, Lloyd Pullet Jr. and David Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
