She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur J. Renk; her daughter Maryann Kazlauskas (William G.); her parents, John Basso and Antonia Basso; and her siblings, Annette Basso, Mary Stevak, Jennie Basso and Modesto L. Basso.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Valerie Kazlauskas (Daniel Fontenot), William J. Kazlauskas and Christine Kazlauskas; and her brother-in-law Julius "Steve" Stevak.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Queen of Martyrs Parish, Evergreen Park, IL, or Garden View Assisted Living, Baton Rouge, LA. 773-783-7700.
