He was predeceased by: his sister Louise Mayfield. He is survived by: his children, Wendy White and Paul Mayfield; his grandchildren, Sonya Krubsack (Eric), Haley Stenseth and Aubrey Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Lillian Stenseth and Kaylee Stenseth; and his siblings, Helen Mayfield, Atik Mayfield and Philip A. Mayfield (Elizabeth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
