He was predeceased by: his wife Rosaria Fasolo; and his parents, Luca Fasolo and Anna Fasolo (Ferrantelli). He is survived by: his sons, Luca Fasolo (Beth), Joseph Fasolo (Amy) and Anthony Fasolo (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Gina, Joseph, Madeline of Leo James and Rosie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Carmelite Monastery 949 N. River Road, Des Plaines IL 60016.
