It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hans A. Heitkotter (Prospect Heights, Illinois), who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Matthew Thiel; and his parents, Heinrich Heitkotter and Josefa Heitkotter. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Thedore Witte (Linda), Robert Witte (Sally Guregian) and Julie Thiel (David); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Witte, David and Heidi; his siblings, Ursula Witte, Juliane, Annelise and Heinz; and his close friend Erika Huett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church (411 N Wheeling Rd, Prospect Heights, IL 60070). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
