"Bill" Jacobs, of Prophetstown, IL; his siblings, Jennifer Etheridge (Jamie) of Prophetstown, IL and Shawn Jacobs (Dustin Wilson) of Erie, IL; his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Tylor, Evelyn, Charles, Olivia, Brady (Ashley) and Colleen (Zach); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corwin, Emma, Harliegh, Temprance, Jaxson, Wyatt, Olivia Ann, Weston, Kye and Lilly.
A memorial has been established to the Prophetstown Fire Department.
