He is survived by: his daughters, Ricki Brooks (Christian Hart) and Amber Dains; his grandchildren, Hayden Davis, Emma Butler, Riley Butler, Hadley Butler, Tyler Rentmeister, Olivia Rentmeister and Jude Swartz; his siblings, Paula Klauer, Crystal Mulica (Shawn), Kelly McCullon, Terri (Paul) and Steve Lewis; and his niece Mychele Mack (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
