She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Octavia Hoogerwerf (DeClerq); her husband Elmer Bernard Buck; her daughter-in-law Nancy; and her siblings, Valerie Lindberg, Bob Hoogerwerf, Ruth Wolever and Diane Hoogerwerf.
She is survived by: her children, John Buck, Tom Buck (Janice) and Jean Buck; and her grandchildren, Amy Pundsack (Jason), Ryan Buck (Kari), Nathan Buck and Eric Buck (Kelcey). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
Memorials to Rock River Hospice and Home in Sterling, IL and also St. Catherine Catholic Church in Prophetstown have been established.
