She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Waters and Janet Waters (Barkdoll); her sister Lonna Mae Waters; her grandson Isaiah Latigo; and her nephew Ethan Waters.
She is survived by: her husband William Vinson of Prophetstown; her children, Andrea Olalde (Kevin Phillips) of Rock Falls, John Olalde of Dixon and Mario Olalde (Miles Puga) of Chicago; her sisters, LeAnne Wade of Sterling and Lisa Turner (David) of Rock Falls; her grandchildren, Ericha, Dillon, Jordyn, Bethany, Sairra, McKinzie, Claire, Emerson and Alice; and her great grandchildren, Zoey and Willow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews; as well as a large group of children and grandchildren.
