He is survived by: his daughters, Johnna Haggerty of Waukee, IA, Jackie Bollivar of Fort Atkinson, IA and Jaydeane Berns (Mike Johnson) of Calmar, IA; his stepsons, Jim Naftzger (Bliss) of Prophetstown, IL and Mike Naftzger (Kelly) of Loves Park, IL; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Monica, Anna, Levi and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Jaden and Morgan; his stepgrandchildren, Christian, Lauren, Matthew, Mariah, Adam and Zayne; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brayden, Elivia, Mason, Ellie, Luke, Emersyn, Nikki, Madison, James and Azenia; and his sisters, Alice VanDeVoorde of Erie and Caroline Parkinson (Sam) of Reedsburg, WI..
