It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Gilbert (Princeville, Illinois), who passed away on April 30, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Gilbert and Wava Gilbert (Carter); and his brother Ralph L. Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Sue Cunningham; his children, Fred Gilbert (Gale) of Laura and Raylene Dippel (Nick) of Princeville; his grandchildren, Adam Gilbert (Ashley) of Princeville, Stacey Bridson of St. Louis, MO and Paige Eads (Drew) of Princeville; and his sister-in-law Mary Gilbert of Texas. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
