He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stubbs and Lois Carter Stubbs; his former wife Judith A. Ward; his children, Christina Stubbs and Tony Stubbs; and his sister Virginia Piercy.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Stubbs of Princeville and Carrie Streitmatter (Mark) of Burlington, WI; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Megan and Allison Streitmatter; his sisters, June Schierer (Al) of Brimfield and Pat Lacont (Gary) of Morton; and his wife Judy.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
