It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Conley of Princeville, Illinois, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Smits and Marion Smits (Reid); her husband James Edward "Red" Conley; her children, Michael Conley (Paula), Barbara Dean and Deborah Short; her grandchildren, Todd, Mike, Alex, Greg and Jonnie Meghan; and her siblings, Joann Patterson, Peter Smits and Patricia Turpen. She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
