With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jesse D. McCune of Princeville, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson McCune and Margaret McCune (Daly); and his siblings, Loren, Raymond, Clarence McCune and Shirley Jean McCune.
He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Mosley; his son Tony McCune; his wife Linda Mullen; his children, Lonnie McCune of Henry Illinois, Sherry McCune of Riviera Texas and Jesse McCune Jr. of Springfield, Illinois; his stepchildren, Angi, Donna and Johnny; and his sister Sharon Martin (Randy) of Danvers Illinois.
Burial will be in the Lacon Cemetery and memorial contributions can be made to Princeville Fire Department, Akron-Princeville Ambulance, or Richard L Owens Hospice Home.
