It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Heitzman of Princeville, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Heitzman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Heitzman-Kirgan and Margaret C. Heitzman-Kirgan (Garrett); his son-in-law Neil Gill; and his brother-in-law Louis Stauthammer. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Smith; his children, Lisa McBride-Gill of Portage, IN and Loren Heitzman (Jennifer) of Mt. Auburn, IL; his grandchildren, Christina McBride (Dalton), Jacob McBride, Richard McBride III (Linda), Jeffery McBride (Samantha), Kristofer Heitzman and Danielle Huddleston (Colby); his great grandchildren, Remmi, Henry, Maryilee, Zoe and Everly; and his sister Joann Stauthammer of Mapleton.
